Mark your calendar NOW and send announcements to your family and friends. No tickets are required for the ceremony and parking is FREE!
Get your required graduation regalia* and other memorabilia at the 2008 Grad Fest on April 23 and 24. Discounted prices for required caps and gown are available on these two days only; after that everything is available in the bookstore.
Publications: If you do not want your name printed in the commencement program or on other district graduation lists, please notify the Evaluations Office at 619-388-2680 no later than April 25th.
Register for the commencement ceremony by May 15th. Please refer to your invitation or contact the Evaluations Office at 619-388-2680 for registration instructions.
Special Arrangements: Graduates will be led down a long hallway to the ceremonial floor and will exit up a steep flight of stairs. If you require special seating or assistance for yourself during the ceremony please contact the Student Affairs Office at 619-388-2699 (H-500) by May 12th.
Do we have your current mailing address? If you change your address please be sure to update your records on Reg-E and in the Evaluations Office, 619-388-2680 (13-201).
Degrees and Certificates will be mailed to the address on file in the Evaluations Office once completion of all graduation requirements has been verified and all financial holds have been cleared.
There is no childcare provided during the commencement ceremony and there are no facilities for securing purses, backpacks or other valuables. All persons entering the facility are subject to search.
