The Committee will meet monthly or more often as needed.
Purpose
The Strategic Planning Committee is a working group of President's cabinet; it is designed to advance the strategic planning work for the college and to bring this information to President's Cabinet for full review and adoption.
The objectives of the sub-committee are to:
- Align the critical planning constructs of the college and ensure their integration into the operations of the entire campus.
- Identify and track core indicators.
- Respond to the accreditation findings regarding the integration of the college planning efforts
- Evaluate the planning process regularly and implement result for improvement.
- Finalize the work of the Strategic Planning Task Force Proposal as submitted to President's Cabinet in November 2008.
