A transfer student from another accredited United States college or university must:
- Submit a transfer clearance form verifying maintenance of F-1 status to your current institution to be completed and return with your application package.
- Submit an official transcript from all USA colleges and universities attended.
- Upon acceptance follow set transfer procedures of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services including notifying your previous institution to complete a SEVIS I-20 record transfer to San Diego Community College District indicating San Diego Mesa College as your transfer institution.
