Steps to Completing Your Scholarship Application
- Read bulletin to determine which ones you qualify for
- Copy the application from the web or pick up in H 500
- Copy the Application Biographical Questionare and attach to each scholarship you apply for (except the ones that have their own questionairre Suggestion: Make copies of the filled-out Biographical questionaire to use with each scholarship you apply for.
- Write essay ( Writing Center)
- Get letter(s) of recommendation (ask early, not at the last minute!)
General Requirements for Mesa Scholarship
- Completed Biographical Questionare
- Completed Essay as required in the Scholarship Supplement
- Attached Letter of Recommendation if required in the Scholarship Supplement
- Completed and signed Financial Needs Statement if required in Scholarship Supplement
- Signed and completed packet needs to be brought to the Student Affairs Office in H500
