Get a head start on college life and learn techniques to help you succeed at Student Success Day. This fun and informative one-half day orientation will introduce you, your parents and family to a new and important stage in your life! It’s a great way to see what’s in store, and to make the most out of your first year in college!

Round-Table Discussions
Students are encouraged to ask questions and/or discuss issues and topics of interest. Designated members of the Mesa College faculty, who are seated at each of the tables, will serve as discussion facilitators. Small groups will go over the information packets, review procedures for add-ing/dropping/crashing classes, academic deadlines, parking and transportation, etc.

Workshop for Parents and Families
College administrators will provide overviews of Instructional and Student Services programs, as well as address a wide range of topics related to academic planning, transfer and student success. A ques-tion-and-answer period will follow.
